Shivapuri Hiking

Shivapuri is the second highest hill around Kathmandu valley. Situated on an altitude of 2563m, it is the second highest hill around the valley. The hike follows through the temple of Buddhanilkantha and Shivapuri conservation area and Nagi Gompa the Buddhist nun’s only monastery in Kathmandu. It is a steep uphill hike through narrow and dusty trail for about an hour and two hours gradual uphill trial to shivapuri.
