Jiri to Everest Base Camp Trekking

Jiri to Everest Base Camp Trekking cover low land from Jiri to highland Kalapathar 5555m. This trekking is suitable for adventure lovers who wish to experience a long, rewarding journey in their life. Almost the trek inside the Khumbu Region, and includes challenging uphill’s and downhill leading to the base camp of the world’s highest mountain, Mt. Everest (8,848m). This trek provides the visitors spectacular scenery and offers big challenges to even the most experienced trekkers.

This trek will begin from Kathmandu and drive to Jiri by bus. In the way of Jiri to Everest Base Camp Trekking we can enjoy the beauty passing through the pine forests, rivers, alpine lakes, Emerald hills and their terraces filled with golden rice and mustard plants and popular wildlife animals. In this trek visitors can experience the Sherpa land, Sherpa culture and lifestyle which seems to be stuck somewhere in the history.

Quick Information

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu International Airport and Transfer to Hotel.

Day 02: Full Day sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley & evening Trip  briefing Overnight at a hotel.

Day 03: Drive to Sebalaya (230 km) by bus are Jeep - 8 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 04: Trek to Kinja (1,630 m) - 6-7 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 05: Trek to Lamjura (3,530 m) - 6 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 06: Trek to Ringmu (2,720 m) - 6 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 07: Trek to Kharikhola (2,040 m) - 6 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 08: Trek to Surke (2,290 m) -6 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 09: Trek to Phakding  (2,6020 m) - 6 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 10: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m) - 5 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 11: Namche Bazaar acclimatization day. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 12: Trek to Phorste Thanga (3,680 m) - 5 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 13: Trek to Machherma (4,470 m) - 5 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 14: Trek to Gokyo (4,790 m) - 5.5 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 15: Trek to Gokyo Ri (5,383 m) and back to Gokyo and Trek to Thangna (4,500 m) - 4 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 16: Cross the Cho La Pass (5,300 m), then trek to Dzongla (4,710 m) - 7 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 17: Trek to Gorak Shep (5,140 m)-6 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 18: Hike up to Kala Patthar (5,550 m) and Vist to Evrest Base camp (5,365m) and back to Gorak shepa- 7hrs. Overnight at a Guesthouse.

Day 19: Trek to Tengboche (3,860 m) - 7 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 20: Trek to Namche Bazaar(3,440 m) - 6 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 21: Trek to Lukla (2,804 m)-6 hrs.Overnight at a Guesthouse.

Day 22: Morning flight back to Kathmandu & free day  Overnight at a hotel.

Day 23: Transfer to Airport on time for Departure.
